God called Nicola peacefully on September 2, 2015 at the age of 91. He will now be reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Lidia. Forever cherished by his dear children, Elia (Les Mulick), Norma (Gino Di Salvo), Marisa (Frank Mazza), Nick and Rosemarie (Jeff White). Proud grandfather of 13 and great-grandfather of 1. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Friday September 4, 2015 from 2-4 p.m., and 5-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Mary Immaculate Roman Catholic Church (10295 Yonge St., north of Major Mackenzie Dr.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Nicola may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
